Can I order titles for my home?
Yes, however you must be an authorized Educator to purchase from this website.
Can I order subscriptions from EBSCO as gifts?
No. Our special rates can not be used to give gift subscriptions unless being sent to another qualified educator. We do offer gift rates for individuals. Please contact us for more information.
Can I cancel my titles?
Yes, simply send an email to customerservice@magazineexpress.com. With the order and title information that you want cancelled.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are not available on www.magazineexpress.com.
What if I want to order a title that's not listed on this website?
We offer more than 200,000 titles. If there is a title that you are interested in ordering, but you do not see it on the website,e-mail us at customerservice@magazineexpress.com. Or check with your appropriate EBSCO regional office by visiting http://www.ebsco.com/home/contact/northam.asp. Chances are we can get you a great rate on the title you are looking for.
How do I report a missed issue?
You can use this website to report a missed issue. First you must log in and then go to the Your Account button on the main menu bar. Click on "Report a Problem" and you will be asked to choose the address and title(s) that you would like to report missing. Once you have chosen the titles you would like to report missing, click the Report a Problem button. The page will refresh, then select "Didn't Receive An Issue" from the drop down list and click the Submit button. We will work with the publisher to have the missed issue(s) sent to your mailing address.
How do I report a damaged issue?
You can use this website to report an issue that arrived with damage. If you are not already logged in, please click on the "Login" button on the main menu bar. Once logged in go to the Your Account button also found on the main menu bar. Then click on the "Report a Problem" link and you will be asked to choose the shipping address and title(s) that you would like to report as damaged. Once you have chosen the titles you would like to report damaged, click the Report a Problem button. The page will refresh, then select "Damaged Issue" from the drop down list and click the Submit button. We will work with the publisher to have a new issue(s) sent to your mailing address.
Can I renew titles I've previously ordered from EBSCO?
If you are an existing EBSCO customer and would like to renew titles purchased through EBSCO Subscription Services, please contact your appropriate regional office, that handles your account. If you would like to transfer an existing subscription to www.magazineexpress.com, you can do so by selecting "renew" when you add the title to your cart.
